SPS can instruct you how to program your liquid handler to automate method development procedures. Did you know that you can selectively deliver different solvents to selected wells of the extraction plate? You can also deliver varying volumes of elution solvent to generate an elution volume profile, giving confidence that analytes are fully eluted.
